Cut chicken breast into cubes. Fry cashews and chilies separately, cut chilies into larger pieces. Cut spring onions into slices.

Fry diced chicken breast in frying pan or wok until almost cooked. Remove.

Then briefly sauté the chilies, cashews, onions and scallions and add chicken soup, oyster sauce and soy sauce.

Add chicken breast cubes one more time and season with sugar, pepper powder and fish sauce then bring to table.
