For the spicy loin, salt the loin slices a little and flour them on both sides. Heat the oil well in a pan and fry the slices well in it on both sides so that they take on some color.

Then lift the meat out of the pan and set aside. Pour some water (about 120 ml) over the roast residue and stir in the honey, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup and a little salt.

Let this sauce simmer for about 1 minute, then put the meat back in and let everything simmer on medium heat for about 10 minutes, covered.

Then turn the slices of meat over and simmer again, covered, for about 10 minutes. (If the sauce is already too thick, add a little water). For the last 5 minutes, add the washed cherry tomatoes to the sauce and simmer.
