For the blueberry cake, beat soft butter, half of the sugar, vanilla sugar and yolks until fluffy. Beat egg whites and the rest of the sugar until stiff.

Mix flour and baking powder and add to the yolk mixture. Melt the chocolate and add to the batter.

Gently fold in the blueberries and beaten egg whites. Pour the dough into a greased and rolled out baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / hot air for 50-55 minutes.

Allow the blueberry cake to cool slightly and serve.

Preparation Tip:

Very sweet can still cover the cake with a chocolate glaze.
