Try this delicious pasta dish:

Heat the oil, fry the garlic in it until golden brown, add the tomato slices, the paradeis pulp and the rosemary sprig. Simmer on low heat for at least 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove the rosemary sprig, pass the sauce through a sieve, let it boil, add the butter and season.

Boil the water with salt, make the spaghetti “al dente” in it (follow the cooking time indicated on the package!), drain, cool and shower over. Add to the tomato sauce and mix well with two forks until hot. Serve the cheese separately.
