Instructions:

For the cream of parsnip soup with cream cheese and sesame dumplings, first prepare the soup. Peel the parsnips, garlic and onion well, cut everything into small pieces.

Heat about 4 tablespoons of OIL in a pot and slowly sauté the vegetables in it. When the onion has become a little colorful, deglaze with the white wine and let it reduce slightly. Then pour in the soup. When the parsnips are soft, add the whipped cream and continue to simmer briefly. Puree finely with a hand blender, season well with salt and pepper.
