Instructions:

Mix all kofta ingredients well. Form small portions of the quantity into bite-sized balls. Heat the frying oil and fry the koftas well in it. They should be golden brown.

For the sauce: heat the oil, sauté the onions in it until translucent. Add the tomatoes, crushed spices, clear soup and yogurt and make about 15 min.

Add the meatballs and season with salt as needed.

Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes.

Serve hot with white long grain rice.

Tip: Cook only with high quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
