Instructions:

For the pear tart, knead flour, salt, chopped butter, rum, some lemon zest and powdered sugar into a shortcrust pastry. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

In the meantime, peel the pears and cut them into wedges. Then roll out the dough and place it in a buttered and flour-dusted baking pan. Spread the pears evenly on top. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar and some cinnamon. For the filling, mix the whipped cream with the sugar and eggs and pour over the pears. Bake the pear pie in the oven at 170°C for about 45-60 minutes.
