Maybe your new favorite bean dish:
Heat about 3-4 portions of oil in a frying pan, sauté onion, add mushrooms, beans and spinach and heat until spinach is thawed.
Add tomatoes and vinegar, sauté until soft, about 6-8 minutes. Fold in pine nuts and culinary herbs, bring to a boil briefly, season heavily with salt and freshly ground pepper and bring to the table sprinkled with Parmesan.
Note tom: We have each treated ourselves to a nice schnitzel and a mixed leaf salad. The given mass is just enough.
