Instructions:

For the beef with sprouts and cashews, stir together orange juice, soy sauce, sherry, sambal oelek and cornflour to make a marinade.

Clean the spring onions and cut them, including the green parts, into pieces about 2 cm long. Finely chop the garlic. Rinse the meat with cold water, pat dry and cut into bite-sized cubes. Roll the cubes first in flour and then in paprika powder.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the meat cubes on all sides. Remove. Fry the ginger, spring onions and cashew nuts in the drippings and pour on the soup. Add the meat cubes, sprouts and garlic and cook for a few minutes. Stir in the marinade, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer a bit until the sauce thickens.
