For the wild garlic salt, puree the wild garlic leaves with a blender. Mix the pureed mass with 100 g of salt in a bowl, so that a relatively liquid mass is formed.
Then mix with the remaining salt and pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Place the wild garlic and salt mixture in the sun to dry. Absolutely outdoors. This will take about 8 hours.
