Instructions:

For the pizza cup, mix flour, oil, salt, sugar, dry yeast and water to make a dough. Turn empty muffin cups upside down and pour dough over them. Bake at 225 degrees hot air for 8-10 minutes. Let cool and carefully remove from molds. You now have beautiful pastry cups.

Mix spinach leaves, chervil and basil (coarsely chopped) and pour into the pastry cups. Mix the dressing from peanut cream, balsamic vinegar, sherry vinegar and a little water. Cut the beef fillet tips into strips, marinate with chili, salt and garlic and fry very briefly. Marinate the salad with the dressing, place the fillet strips on top and serve.
