Wash sweet potatoes, dry and wrap in aluminum foil. Cook in the Philips Airfryer deep fryer at 190 °C on the grill tray for approx. 35-40 minutes until soft.

In the meantime, mix the sour cream with kernel oil, salt and pepper until smooth and season to taste.

Grate horseradish and set aside. Cut the chives into fine rolls and coarsely chop the roasted pumpkin seeds.

Leave the sweet potatoes in the foil, cut about 5 cm deep with a knife and press slightly on the sides so that the sweet potatoes open slightly on top.

Spread sour cream on top, arrange on plates with the ham and freshly grated horseradish.

Serve garnished with chives and pumpkin seeds.
