For the pepperoni pizza muffins, divide the prepared dough into small squares.

For the tomato sauce, mix the strained tomatoes, the crystal sugar and some oregano. The sauce is then spread on each of the dough squares.

Cut the remaining ingredients into small pieces (Knabbernossi, onion, pepperoni) and spread them on top as well. Form the dough squares into small bags by pressing the corners together. These are placed in the muffin tins and sprinkled with mozarella cheese and oregano.

Bake the salami pizza muffins in the oven with hot air at 180°C until the cheese is soft and crispy.
