First, mix all the ingredients for the dough.
Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Cut the apricots in half, pit them and place them on the dough.
Preheat oven and bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
Afterwards sprinkle with powdered sugar.

You can also make the cake with other fruit or with a cup of whipped cream. If you like, sprinkle with almond flakes or slivers.
