First, preheat the oven to 250 °C.

Wrap potato in aluminum foil and cook for about 45 minutes until potato is cooked through.

Remove aluminum foil and cook for another 10 minutes. In the meantime, cut celery into strips, boil for 2 minutes and quench.

Peel and press garlic. Chop chives. Mix curd and yogurt and stir until smooth.

Stir in salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic and chives. Then add celery.

Cut the baked potato in half, arrange on a plate and pour sauce over.

Preparation Tip:

If you do not like celery, you can omit it. Or you can fill the baked potato with another sauce. Everything is allowed here.
