A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Mix snow and sugar until creamy, add layered cheese and yogurt. Mix pudding with milk (cooled, do not make, will be very thin!!!), put pears on dough base and pour the amount on top.
Attention: use large cake pan with high rim (a lot of quantity).
Bake at 200 degrees in about 45-60 min until cake turns yellow on top.
Make a snow from the egg whites and stir with the powdered sugar and then spread evenly on the cake.
Bake again at 170 degrees for about 10 min until the snow gets a light color.
