Instructions:

For the house bread, mix flour, salt, house bread seasoning and sunflower oil. Dissolve yeast in water and add. Knead for 10 minutes and let rise for 1 1/2 hours.

Shape into a loaf on floured surface and let rise another 1 hour.

Preheat oven and bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes, then continue baking the house bread at 150 degrees for 30-45.

Preparation Tip:

The freshly baked house bread, still a little warm, tastes best simply with butter and a pinch of salt.
