Instructions:

For the spinach lasagna, chop the onion into small cubes. Sauté in oil until translucent, add minced meat and brown.

Stir in tomato paste, fry briefly and deglaze with white wine. Let the liquid boil down a bit. Add tomato juice and stir well. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and crushed garlic. Simmer over low heat for about half an hour, stirring frequently.

Wash spinach, remove stems, boil briefly in salted water, strain and squeeze well. Cut mozzarella and tomatoes into slices.

Grease a baking dish with butter. Spread some of the mince on the bottom of the dish and cover with 3 lasagne sheets. Now place two layers of mince and two layers of lasagne sheets in the dish.

On the top layer of lasagna sheets, spread the spinach leaves evenly, salt, pepper and spread with the remaining mince. Top the casserole with the tomato and mozzarella slices. Sprinkle with oregano and parmesan.

Bake in the preheated oven on the lowest rack at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Serve the spinach lasagna fresh from the oven.
