Instructions:

Clean the mushrooms and cut them into strips.

Peel the onion, chop into small cubes and sauté in a little butter. Add the rice. Sauté briefly and add wine. Add mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.

Add some soup and let it boil down while stirring constantly. Again add some soup, stir and let it boil down. Repeat until rice is tender.

Mix in a little butter and parmesan and serve.
