For the apple-curd muesli, wash the apple and cut into very small cubes or coarsely grate. Mix the low-fat curd with the milk, honey and cinnamon until the honey has completely dissolved.
Put the oatmeal, apple and curd mixture together in a small bowl or deep plate and sprinkle with the chopped walnuts.
