Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a kneading machine to form a dough. Let rest for 10 minutes, then work well again. Work the dough into baguettes or loaves on a floured work surface, or place in a loaf pan and let rise, covered, for 20-25 minutes. Bake at 240°C for about 10minutes (with a tray filled 1cm high with water). Bake the remaining 40 minutes at 190°C (without a water tray).
