Leave for 2 days. Then add 2 large cans of mushrooms.
(keep the juice from one can).
Spread 3-5 slices of vegetable onions evenly on the meat. Mix the above sauce with 1 fl. ketchup (500 ml) the juice from the mushrooms. Next, pour the whole thing over the meat in layers.
2 hours 225 °C with lid i. D. oven, take off the lid a quarter of an hour before to make it browner. (Be careful, very hot).
