Instructions:

Cover half of the toast slices with tomato slices, basil leaves, mozzarella slices and a tranche of tuna. Place another mozzarella slice on top. Season each layer with a tiny bit of fleur de sel and black pepper. Finally, place the remaining slices of toast on top and flatten a tiny bit.

Heat the olive oil. In the frying pan, fry the toast on both sides until the bread is golden. Then remove and dry with a kitchen towel.

To make the salad, finely slice the mushrooms, sauté in hot olive oil and season with fleur de sel and black pepper.

Cut the toast into quarters and arrange on top of the sautéed strips of snow peas.
