Cut the mushrooms into pieces. Chop the onions into small pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the mushroom pieces and sauté until all the liquid has boiled down. Sprinkle paprika powder and flour over the top and fold in.

Pour the clear soup, add cumin and make the sauce 15 min. Gently fold in the sour cream and season the goulash with salt and maybe a little bit of honey.
