Coarsely chop the washed goutweed – also called Geissfuss. Make a marinade with the olive oil, salt, red wine vinegar, pepper and honey (sugar). Add the rosemary needles, garlic and onions and mix everything together with the goutweed.

Sprinkle with washed and chopped herbs.
