For the layered salad, drain the celery salad and corn well. Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. Cut the pineapple, the ham into small cubes, the leek into thin strips and the eggs into slices.

Mix the yogurt well with the cream and mustard. Now layer in a large bowl as follows: – Celery salad – apple pieces – corn – pineapple – ham – half of the leek – eggs – yogurt-cream-mustard mixture – rest of the leek – grated cheese.

Seal the bowl and let it sit, preferably overnight. Just before serving, mix the layers well.

Preparation Tip:

Layered salad is great to prepare as an office meal or even for a picnic.
