French dressing: mix well salt, mustard, vinegar, sugar and pepper, then add the oil with a whisk. Goes well with leaf salads, cucumber salad and tomato salad.
Salad dressing: stir vegetable soup with pepper, vinegar, salt, mustard, sugar, horseradish, shallot and garlic, then add oil with whisk and stir in kitchen herbs before serving. Ideal for salads.
Cream dressing: mix sherry vinegar, juice of one lemon with salt and pepper. Then add the mayo, whipped cream and oil and fold in the kitchen herbs. Tip: Replace the liquid whipped cream with tomato ketchup and a little brandy, it makes a sweet cocktail sauce that goes very well with shrimp cocktail or iceberg lettuce.
Potato and bacon dressing: Cook the potatoes in vegetable broth and whisk. Season with pepper, salt, sugar and vinegar. Toast the bacon in a frying pan until crisp. Pour the potato dressing over iceberg lettuce or Vogerlsalat form, pour the bacon over it and sprinkle with chives.
