Tip: Replace the liquid whipped cream with tomato ketchup and a little brandy, it makes a sweet cocktail sauce that goes very well with shrimp cocktail or iceberg lettuce.

Potato and bacon dressing: Cook the potatoes in vegetable broth and whisk. Season with pepper, salt, sugar and vinegar. Toast the bacon in a frying pan until crisp. Pour the potato dressing over iceberg lettuce or Vogerlsalat form, pour the bacon over it and sprinkle with chives.
