Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Peel bananas, mash with a fork and whisk with sugar and oil until frothy.

Add flour, baking powder and salt and whisk well for 2 minutes.

Mix in the raisins and pour the batter into the muffin cups.

Bake the muffins for about 25 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

If you don't like raisins, leave them out. Mix chopped nuts or chocolate drops into the dough, this makes them even more tempting.
