For the banana tiramisu, separate the yolks and egg whites. Whip both with 50 g sugar using a mixer. As soon as the egg whites are firm, stir in the packet of cream stiffener.

Once the mixture is nice and frothy, stir the mascarpone into the yolk/sugar mixture and finally add the egg white foam.

Cut the bananas into slices and place them in the mold. Spread the cream over the top and smooth it out. This is followed by another layer of sliced bananas, etc.

Chill the banana tiramisu for a few hours (preferably overnight). Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving.

Preparation Tip:

When adding the mascarpone, make sure not to over-stir, otherwise the mascarpone will not set properly.
