For the yogurt soup with raisins, soak the raisins in water for 1/2 hour.

Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion.

Mix milk, yogurt, cucumber, onion, ice cubes and salt in a bowl. Add raisins and water. Place in ice box with lid closed until ready to serve.

Wash and finely chop the dill and parsley.
