For the walnut bread, first chop the walnuts.
Put all the ingredients together in a bread machine and bake at the desired level.
Alternatively, knead the ingredients and pour into a mold (previously lined with flour) and leave to rise in the oven at 50 °C for 1 hour. Bake the walnut bread at 200 °C top/bottom heat for 30-45 minutes.

The walnut bread tastes especially good with fresh butter.
