For the strawberry cream in the jar, mix mascarpone, yogurt, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Wash strawberries, cut 2 nice strawberries into quarters and set aside, puree the rest and add to the yogurt cream.
Cut the sponge cake into pieces and divide into 8 glasses, put yogurt cream on top, put a piece of strawberry in each. Serve the strawberry cream in the glass cold.
Preparation Tip:
Garnish the strawberry cream in the glass with mint leaves.
