Put powdered sugar, ground almond kernels in a suitable bowl, mix. Fold in egg whites until stiff. Add cherry, chocolate, melted and mix.
Shaping:
Roll out dough on sugar to 5mm thickness, cut out with small ramekins, dry on baking sheet lined with tin clean paper for a few hours.
Bake:
5 min, at a temperature of 250 °C in the middle of the heated oven.
