Make long-grain rice, then rinse well with cold water. Do the same with the lentils. Blanch the peas for about 5 minutes. Mix the coconut milk, oil, curry, mustard, lime juice, pepper and salt to make a sauce. Put all ingredients in a suitable bowl, mix with the sauce, garnish with basil.
