For the strawberry cream with basil, infuse in a bowl 100 g of strawberries cut into pieces with 50 g of sugar and the amaretto. Take away some of the 400 g strawberries for decoration, puree the rest with 50 g sugar, lemon juice and the basil.

Mix the Qimiq and the mascarpone. Mix the strawberry puree with the mascarpone cream. Divide marinated strawberry pieces among four dessert glasses, pour cream over them and chill garnished with strawberries and basil.

Serve cold.

Preparation Tip:

Pour the strawberry cream with basil into ice cream containers and enjoy as ice cream. Instead of amaretto, use either rum or coconut liqueur. If you do not want to use alcohol, simply omit it.
