Put the flour in a bowl, dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk, then stir the yolks and soft tea butter (do not use hot tea butter!) until foamy. Mix all this with the flour. Stir in the strained curd cheese and spices. Then finely beat the whole thing and only now add the Münsterkäse together with the Geselchten.

Grease the baking pan well with tea butter and dust with flour or breadcrumbs. Then fill in the dough. The mold must be three quarters full. Place the mold in the heat and let the dough rise. When the dough is fully risen, bake the Gugelhupf in a preheated oven (170 °C) for about an hour.
