Clean strawberries and cut into quarters. Mix candy with nutmeg and layer alternately with the strawberries in a clean bottle.
Pour the grain and put everything together, well closed, in a cool and dark place for 6 weeks.
Then pour through a sieve and a gauze cloth, pour once again into the cleaned bottle and leave for another 6 weeks in the refrigerator or cellar.
Preparation Tip:
With wild strawberries, this liqueur tastes particularly intense.
