For the sauces to the grilled, stir into the sour cream 3 tsp. mustard and 1 tsp. curry powder and season with salt and vinegar.
Stir some chopped garlic into the yogurt and season with mustard, vinegar and salt.
In the ketchup mix the chopped onions, a little mustard, the remaining garlic and a little tomato paste to taste. Chill and then serve.
