Instructions:

Cut the ham into small cubes. Mix with sour cream, egg, salt and pepper.

Roll out the puff pastry, spread with the ham mixture, roll up tightly and cut into slices approx. 2 cm thick.

Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake at 180 °C for approx. 20 minutes.
