For the blueberry tartes, grease small tartlet molds. Roll out the dough, cut to size, line the tartlets with it and make a rim of about 2 cm in each tartlet using the leftover dough.

In the meantime, sort out the blueberries and mix them with the sugar. Preheat oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat.

Place the cold ramekins in the oven, bake for about 10 minutes, then add the blueberries and bake for another 15 minutes. Remove the tartelettes from the mold while they are still warm – this works well with a large tablespoon – and serve each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Preparation Tip:

The blueberry tartes taste of course also cold quite exquisite! With one pkg of dough go out about 4 to 6 ramekins with a diameter of about 12 to 15 cm.
