Cream of Zucchini Soup

For the cream of zucchini soup, chop the onion and zucchini and sauté. Then pour water until everything is covered and season.

Simmer until the zucchini are soft, add cream and puree with a blender.

Then season to taste and dilute the zucchini cream soup with a little water, if desired.

Preparation Tip:
