For the berry happiness jam berries wash, sort and put in a pot with the rosemary sprig (3-4 cm) and bring to a boil once. Cool and remove the rosemary sprig.
Strain the fruit and mix the fruit puree with the preserving sugar. Boil the fruit puree for 8 minutes until bubbling. Fill the berry happiness jam into sterile jars with screw cap and seal immediately.
