For the scalloped loin with sweet potatoes, salt and pepper the meat and fry it well in oil. Then remove from the pan and place in a baking dish, cover with a slice of cheese.
Slice the sweet potatoes and place them on top like a roof tile. Pour whipped cream evenly over the top and bake in the oven at 170 °C for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle the gratinated karee with sweet potatoes with dried herbs or herb salt before serving.

When the meat is sautéed in chili oil, it adds a pleasant spiciness to the scalloped karee with sweet potatoes.
