Instructions:

For Winter Dream Cupcakes, cream soft butter until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time (about 30 seconds per egg), then stir in sugar and buttermilk until well blended.

Sift the flour with the baking powder and stir into the batter alternately with the rum. Pour the cupcake mixture into muffin cups and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Remove and let cool completely.

In the meantime, prepare the cupcake topping. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Mix the melted chocolate with the mascarpone until smooth and stir both together into the cream. Sweeten the cream to your taste, fill into a piping bag and pipe onto the cupcakes.

Finally, decorate the Winter Dream Cupcakes with white chocolate sprinkles.

Preparation Tip:
