For the curd pancakes with fruit, mix well eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Stir in the curd cheese. Sift flour and baking powder and mix in.
Heat some oil in a frying pan, make about 1 1/2 tablespoons large mounds, spread round and fry until the underside is golden brown, then turn.
Crush some blueberries and put them in a plate along with whole blueberries. Stack the curd pancakes on top, alternating with banana pieces, and garnish with a few cherries.

The curd pancakes also taste great with raspberries or strawberries.
