Strawberry Rhubarb Cake

Preheat the oven to 180°C for the strawberry-rhubarb cake. Butter and flour the baking tray. Mix rhubarb cut with 20g sugar. Cut strawberries in half. Cream butter with sugar and vanilla sugar, gradually add eggs and also cream. Mix flour with baking powder. Gently fold the flour mixture into the mixture. Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and arrange the fruit on top in any order. Bake the strawberry-rhubarb cake for about 35 minutes in the oven on the middle shelf.
