Instructions:

Prepare a smooth yeast dough from the given ingredients (except the butter for the steamer basket and the hazelnuts) and let it rise.

Then knead the dough again and let it rise again.

Grease an unperforated steamer basket with the butter.

Form small cakes from the dough. Roll them in the grated hazelnuts and place them in the steamer basket.

Let rise again for about 15 minutes.

Steam in the steamer at 100 °C for 15-20 minutes.
