For the Gorgonzola pears on arugula first preheat the oven to 210 °C.

Quarter the pears, peel them and remove the core.

Mix the butter with the juice of one lemon and brush the pears with it. Place them in an ovenproof dish, season with pepper. Cook in the oven for 10 minutes.
