Instructions:

For the penne, mix the pasta with cream cheese, sour cream, salt, herbs and vegetables.

Coat a baking dish with olive oil.

Pour in the mixture and top with the thyme sprigs and the slices of tomato.

Bake the penne in the preheated oven at about 190C for about 20 minutes.
