Instructions:

For the gnocchi pan, first prepare the gnocchi. For the gnocchi, boil the potatoes, peel and press through the press. Immediately mix with flour, semolina and salt until smooth.

If necessary, add a little flour and let rest briefly. Form a thumb-thick roll and cut off small pieces. If you want a nice pattern, you can also use a dough wheel to cut off the pieces.

Or simply use a knife and then a fork to press on a pattern. Put the gnocchi in boiling salted water. When they float to the top, they are done.

For the sauce, heat oil in a pan. Fry the finely chopped onion. Season the minced meat, add it and fry it until it takes a little color.

Briefly fry the paprika powder and add water. Add the tomato paste and the soup cube. Cut the bell bell pepper into small rings and add to the sauce.

Season with garlic powder (or a clove of garlic, according to taste) and salt and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add the gnocchi to the pan and let them simmer for another 5 minutes.

Preparation Tip:

If making gnocchi is too time-consuming, you can of course also use a ready-made product. The gnocchi pan is then really prepared very quickly. It goes well with green salad.
